Returns:

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for products with genuine defects within 7 days of delivery.

Genuine defects include:

Manufacturing flaws (e.g., stitching issues, loose buttons, missing embellishments), Damage
during transit (e.g., tears, stains) Items received that do not match the product description or images (e.g., incorrect color, size discrepancy)

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

Normal wear and tear (e.g., pilling, fading) Damage caused by improper care (e.g., washing, ironing) Customer dissatisfaction with fit, style, or color (unless there's a clear size discrepancy) Sale items (unless defective)

Process

Contact ShinySelect customer support within 7 days of delivery via info@shinyselect.com or +91-8951494937 to initiate a return request. Provide
clear evidence of the defect with photos or videos. ShinySelect will review the request and may require you to return the product. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the defect, ShinySelect will process the return.

Exchanges

Eligibility

Exchanges are available for products with physical defects as described above within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Process

Contact ShinySelect customer support within 7 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request. Provide
clear evidence of the defect with photos or videos. ShinySelect will review the request and may require you to return the product. Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the defect, ShinySelect will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for eligible

returns as per the Return Policy.

Process

Refunds will be credited to your original source/account (online) from where it was credited to Shiny Select or to the the Shiny Select Wallet as gift voucher for further purchases to the Shiny Select.

Please retain all original packaging and any accompanying tags. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unwashed. ShinySelect reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
