Exchanges



Eligibility

Exchanges are available for products with physical defects
as described above within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Process

delivery to initiate an exchange request. Provide

clear evidence of the defect with photos or videos. ShinySelect will review the
request and may require you to return the product. Upon receiving the returned
product and verifying the defect, ShinySelect will process the exchange and
ship the replacement.

Refunds

Eligibility: Refunds will be issued for eligible



returns as per the Return Policy.

Process

Refunds will be credited to your original source/account
(online) from where it was credited to Shiny Select or to the the Shiny Select
Wallet as gift voucher for further purchases to the Shiny Select.

tags. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unwashed.
